The Role

  • Accountable for building long-term relationships within a set portfolio of members by providing value-added advice and                    exceptional service.
  • Provides advocacy to members related to a full range of lending, investment vehicles with emphasis on consumer loans,                    mortgages, credit card products, lines of credit, deposit and investment vehicles within clearly defined policies and procedures.
  • Primary contact for opening new member accounts
  • Actively solicit membership growth by following up on staff referrals, and membership inquiries
  • Actively participate in all branch campaigns and promotions and champion the organizations member advocacy culture.
  • This position is to replace an existing vacancy within our team.
  • What we are looking for
  • Should possess University or College degree or diploma, preferably in Business or equivalent work experience along with a   minimum of three year’s related experience in a financial institution.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, time management and superior customer service skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem-solve and make decisions as well as manage conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Be self-motivated, resourceful and flexible.
  • Must be bondable
